How do I migrate my data and history from FitTrack Pro to FitTrack Health app?
When a user that had a FitTrack Pro logs into FitTrack MyHealth but their data is not showing up.
If Data from FitTrack Pro is not displayed on FitTrack MyHealth
- Option 1:
- Did you create a PRO account on the same day as the new FitTrack MyHealth account?
- If YES, escalate to support@getfittrack.com. Customer Support will request the FitTrackTeam to process the migration manually.
- If NO, move to Option 2
- Option 2:
- Log out of the PRO app, Log back in.
- Quit the app (NOT log out). Login again.
- If this doesn’t work, escalate to support@getfittrack.com. Customer Support will request the FitTrackTeam to process the migration manually
